  1. Can SmilePOS print ticket in Thai or International language?

    Yes. SmilePOS support multi-languages. Plus, SmilePOS can separately printing Thai for kitchen staffs and English for servers and customers.

  2. I know nothing about the POS, Can I use it?

    SmilePOS is design based on user friendly in mind. So waiter/waitress who doesn’t have computer skills can easily use it. Our floor plan, order screen and payment screen make it easy for users to order the food and make a payment so quickly.

  3. How long does it take to setup the SmilePOS?

    We could setup and delivery SmilePOS to your location in 1 week. However please provide us at lease 2 weeks before the restaurant opening.

  4. Can I edit menu or food price by myself?

    Yes. You can manage your menu, food price, floor plan, table and more from our BackOffice application without an additional charge.

  5. How can I request for SmilePOS demo?

    Please call our sales and schedule a time and date for online demo.

  6. Can SmilePOS handle restaurant larger than 90 seats?

    Yes. Our system can handle all size of restaurant.

  7. Can I add more stations later?

    Yes. You can add more stations at any time with fair and reasonable price.

  8. Do I need to have internet connection?

    Yes. Internet connection is required for credit card processing and remoting support.

  9. Do you provide free paper and ink ribbon?

    No. But you can get free paper and ink ribbon from our credit card processing partner.

  10. What are the payment options available?
