You will meet with customers, explain the installation process, training customers and answer any questions they may have.
Installation and on-site configuration/setup of equipment including computer terminals, receipt printers, routers & switches, credit card machines, etc.
Training new customers on computer software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, work independently, and meet tight timelines.
Ability to wire the Low Voltage Cabling.
Strong computer skills.
Great communication skills.
Good Customer Service skills are essential.
Enjoy working with people.
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Willingness to work nights and weekends
Valid driver's license with good record
Highly organized, reliable, and punctual
Most works will be performed at customer location requiring 80% travel
This job requires traveling to multiple locations throughout the U.S.
Some works will be assigned at company location (Lynnwood, WA)
